All items cover for damage in transit or death on arrival. In such case, please contact us and we will pay postage for return or arrange courier collection in case the item is bulky.

All items come with a 90-day warranty unless otherwise stated.

For the change of mind and warranty claim, we will not offer the return postage.

Please contact us before returning to issue RMA number so we can process the return. We advise you to use recorded delivery for return. We will not be liable for loss of item in transit during the return. Items need to be packed for transit and make sure all the accessories are included in the return. 

Refund will be issued within 2-3 working days of receipt of the returned item.
